The 2011 Peace Light safely arrived in New Hampshire.
The Peace Light was used to light a field at the Antietam battlefield. Every Christmas, the fields are lit with luminaries to honor each of the 23,000 Union and Confederate soldiers who lost their lives on the hills of Antietam.
Troop 20 of Boonsboro and Troop 252 of Hagerstown are responsible for lighting one of the Antietam fields. I took the Peace Light to them and they lit their torches from it. Tade Sullivan
